[SurroundSound] SACDLAB - Is this a legit 5.1 surroundsound download service?

I was hunting for a 5.1 download service. The usual google hunt
produced free downloads from artists like "Bjorn Lynne" and "Diatonis"
and then I stumbled upon this:

Sure enough, 5.1 surround mixes are available here in many forms: DVD-
A, SACD, and 5.1 DVD video. However, as I browsed their catalog, I
found references to "Area 51 Upmixes", etc. Are they legal or just
charging for internet wares?

Anyone tried them out?
