For DVD-A, use DVD-A Explorer (or foobar 2000 with the appropriate DVD-
A plugin).
SACD is trickier although they are close to having something for the
PC after years of work. The best solution available is hacked players
like the Oppo that can export 88.2kHz PCM and people have made rips
this way. I recommend looking into getting on "The Hub" you can find
directions on this group.
