EDMONTON -- The Edmonton Oilers re-signed forward Ryan Jones to a two-year deal Sunday.
Jones, 26, was set to become a free agent after scoring 18 goals and adding seven assist for the Oilers in the regular season.
The six-foot-one, 205-pound Chatham, Ont., native has 33 goals and 21 assists with Edmonton and Nashville in 176 career NHL games.
Jones was drafted by Minnesota in the fourth round of the 2004 draft.
