Hi
go to "file" at top left of screen and select preferences, from the preferences box select the triangle next to "Playback" to open it out, then select "DSP Manager", highlight the output plugin you want to enable, click on the arrow to send it to the left hand column, then press the configure selected button to adjust preferences, if the button is greyed out there is nothing to configure.
