With limited resources you can just visit the HUB for the time you can
afford to be connected, you don't need to be on 24/7 although many of
us are.
Other wise to upload to a file host I suggest Rapid Share as the most
together outfit, with very good speeds and simple enough ways to
upload zips.
I say simple enough 'cos if I can do it I reckon you can.:~}
