NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP)—Rookie Devan Dubnyk(notes) made 37 saves for his first career NHL shutout and the Edmonton Oilers beat the Nashville Predators 4-0 on Monday night.

Andrew Cogliano(notes), Ryan Jones(notes), Jim Vandermeer(notes), and Dustin Penner(notes) scored for Edmonton, which ended a four game losing streak.

Dubnyk had to be sharp early with Nashville holding a 13-1 advantage in shots on goal through the first 10 minutes of the first period.

The Predators have dropped five of their last six games.

Third period goals by Vandermeer and Penner ended Pekka Rinne's(notes) evening early, as he was replaced by backup Anders Lindback(notes) at 6:58 of the third. Rinne had 16 saves on 20 shots.
