OBERSTDORF, Germany -- Canadian cross-country skier Devon Kershaw won his second straight World Cup silver medal after a photo finish in the third stage of the Tour de Ski on Sunday.
Emil Joensson of Sweden held off the Sudbury, Ont., native to win the 1.2-kilometre sprint, with both skiers finishing in a time of two minutes 34.1 seconds. Dario Cologna of Switzerland was 0.3 seconds behind in third.
Kershaw also won silver on Saturday in the second stage of the event, a 15-kilometre classical handicap race.
Kershaw moved up to ninth in the overall standings with 245 points.
Slovenia's Petra Majdic finished ahead of Poland's Justyna Kowalczyk to win the women's 1.2-kilometre sprint.
Marit Bjoergen is not taking part in the Tour but still leads the overall World Cup standings with 760 points. Kowalczyk is next with 685 points.
