NEW YORK - Pittsburgh's Sidney Crosby, Montreal's Carey Price and Atlanta's Dustin Byfuglien are the NHL's three stars of the month for November.
Crosby was named first star after leading all players with 12 goals and 14 assists in 14 games in November. The Penguins captain finished the month with an active 13-game point streak, the longest in the NHL this season.
Price posted an 8-4-0 record in November to earn second star honours. He recorded a 1.59 goals-against average with a .952 save percentage in 12 games. He also tallied three shutouts as he backstopped the Canadiens to a five-point lead atop the Northeast Division.
Byfuglien led all defencemen in scoring with six goals and 11 assists in 14 games and posted a plus-9 rating en route to third star honours.
