Re: [SurroundSound] release on The Blog

I have only heard samples so far, but the best praise I can give is that I am not a fan of ambient "live" quad. However, I can literally hear the room in this recording under the new process. Aside from the limitations of the recording and my rip of it, this sounds like sitting in a live empty room for a one person organ recital. Well done!

I've just added the latest release to the blog. As you may remember, Paul Garfunkel kindly donated a sealed quad double album to the group, and Stephen Disney stepped up to the plate to do the honors to rip it.

A special thank you to both of them for their involvement in bringing this special album to the group.

As an aside, this album is also the first decoded using the improved SQ360 process, and a better album I can't think of to show the improved all round separation.

I hope you all enjoy
