This is how I do it- (warning - this is long)
First convert the DTS CD to WAV using Tranzcode
I put Tranzcode in C;/ and run this batch file:

for %%i in (*.wav) do c:\tranzcode "%%i" /16 /48000

Just paste this into a text file and use a .bat extension.
Put the bacth file in the same folder with the DTS that you want to
convert and double click.
(Note that the DTS should have a WAV extension otherwise the batch
wont work).
Then I use DTS Encoder suite - It is not a freebie, so you should find
a way to get it...
Then I take the result DTS files and compile them to DVD using DVDLab
pro "Add audio title" option
