It took all kinds of extra time for the Acadie-Bathurst Titan to come out on top Sunday afternoon.
Zach O'Brien, Gabriel Levesque and Bryce Milson scored in the shootout as the Titan sunk the Baie-Comeau Drakkar 4-3 in Quebec Major Junior Hockey League action.
Milson slipped the puck past Baie-Comeau's Olivier Roy in the seventh round of the shootout to give Acadie-Bathurst the win.
O'Brien got the best of Alexandre Alain-Rajotte in the second round and Levesque followed suit in the fifth, setting the stage for Milson's winner.
Pierrick Martel scored in the first round of the shootout for the Drakkar, as did Alexandre Durette in the fourth.
Roy made 29 saves for the win, while Alain-Rajotte turned aside 24 shots.
Elsewhere in the QMJHL it was Halifax 6 P.E.I. 1, Cape Breton 2 Saint John 1, Quebec 5 Moncton 4 (SO), Montreal 7 Victoriaville 4, Shawinigan 3 Drummondville 2 (OT), Gatineau 4 Rimouski 2 and Lewiston 5 Val-d'Or 4 (OT).
At Bathurst, N.B., Gabriel Levesque, Sebastien Trudeau and David Gilbert scored in regulation for Acadie-Bathurst (6-3-0).
Martel had back-to-back goals for Baie-Comeau (1-7-1), while Jonathan Parisien added a marker.

Mooseheads 6 Rocket 1
At Halifax, Pascal Amyot had the power-play winner as the Mooseheads snuffed out P.E.I.
Matthew Boudreau, Charles Bety, Travis Randell, Simon Desmarais, and Darcy Ashley chipped in as well for Halifax (2-6-1).
Jean-Laurence Beauchemin was the lone scorer for the Rocket (4-4-0).

Screaming Eagles 2 Sea Dogs 1
At Sydney, N.S., Viktor Hertzberg scored with nine seconds left in regulation as Cape Breton edged Saint John.
Zack Phillips opened scoring for Saint John (5-2-1) on the power play.
Logan Shaw tied the game for the Screaming Eagles (3-6-0) 14:43 into the third. Hertzberg then stepped up as the hero for Cape Breton.

Remparts 5 Wildcats 4 (SO)
At Moncton, N.B., Tomas Filippi and Ryan Bourque both scored in the shootout as Quebec nipped the Wildcats.
Bourque also scored in regulation for the Remparts (7-0-1), as did Joel Champagne, Alex Wall and Jonathan Audy-Marchessault.
Marek Hrivik had back-to-back goals for Moncton (6-2-2), while Daniel Pettersson and Alex Saulnier also tallied. Saulnier's twin brother Alain had the Wildcats' lone shootout goal.

Junior 7 Tigres 4
At Verdun, Que., Louis Leblanc had a pair of goals and a pair of assists as Montreal out-paced Victoriaville.
Alex Micallef, Nicolas Chouinard, Philippe Fontaine, Trevor Parkes and Xavier Ouellet also tallied for the Junior (5-1-2).
Brandon Hynes had a hat trick for the Tigres (4-3-1), while Philippe Maillet also found the back of the net.

Cataractes 3 Voltigeurs 2 (OT)
At Drummondville, Que., Anton Zlobin was the hero in overtime as Shawinigan slipped by the Voltigeurs.
Dave Labrecque and Joe Dube chipped in as well for the Cataractes (5-3-1).
Andrew Randazzo and Marc-Olivier Brouillard scored in regulation for Drummondville (7-1-1).

Olympiques 4 Oceanic 2
At Rimouski, Que., Samuel Morneau had the eventual winner as Gatineau knocked off the Oceanic.
Mitchell Porowski, Jean-Gabriel Pageau and Alex Noel also scored for the Olympiques (3-4-2).
Jakub Culek and Alex Belzile tallied for Rimouski (5-4-0).

Maineiacs 5 Foreurs 4 (OT)
At Val-d'Or, Que., Etienne Brodeur had a pair of goals including the overtime winner as Lewiston nipped the Foreurs.
Jonathan Hazen scored twice for the Maineiacs (4-4-2), while Marc-Alain Begin and Shawn Morton-Boutin also tallied.
Michael Chaput, Samuel Carrier and Jess Tanguy rounded out the offence for Val-d'Or (4-3-1).
