Kale Kerbashian saw his teammates reel off three-straight goals and figured he should join in on the fun.
Kerbashian had a hat trick to help the Sarnia Sting beat the visiting Brampton Battalion 6-3 in Ontario Hockey League action Saturday night.
Brett Ritchie, Tyler Peters and J.C. Campagna all scored in a span of six minutes to give Sarnia a 3-1 lead by the end of the first period.
Kerbashian then stepped up with the eventual winner at the 17:08 mark of the second.
The 20-year-old winger then scored on the power play with 26 seconds left in the period. He'd complete the hat trick late in the third with his ninth goal of the season.
Sarnia was 1-for-7 with the man advantage, while Brampton was 0-for-4.

At Sarnia, Ont., rookie goaltender Brandon Hope stopped 22 shots for Sarnia (5-7-2).
Jonathan Johansson, Michael Santini and Craig Moore supplied the offence for Brampton (7-5-1), while Jacob Riley allowed five goals on 28 shots. The Battalion have now lost three games in a row.

At London, Ont., Jared Knight and Vladislav Namestnikov scored in the shootout to lift the Knights over Saginaw.
Michael D'Orazio struck twice for London (9-3-1), while Daniel Erlich had a goal and three assists. Andreas Athanasiou and Stephen Sanza also tallied.
Mathew Sisca had a pair of goals for Saginaw (12-2-2), while Ryan O'Connor had scored and added an assist. Josh Shalla and Vincent Trocheck both had singles.

At Erie, Pa., Andy Andreoff had a pair of goals as Oshawa prevailed against the Otters.
Alain Berger and Jeff Brown rounded out the attack for the Generals(8-3-3).

At St. Catharines, Ont., Ryan Ellis was the only player to score in the shootout as Windsor flew past Niagara.
Zack MacQueen and Ellis scored on the power play for the Spitfires (9-6-1) during regulation time, while Nick Czinder had the other Windsor goal.
Mitchell Theoret scored twice for the IceDogs (10-4-2), while Freddie Hamilton also tallied.

At Peterborough, Ont., Tyler Toffoli had two goals and two assists as Ottawa cruised to a win over the Petes.
Ryan Martindale and Shane Prince each chipped in a goal and a helper for the 67's (10-5-0).
Ryan Spooner was the lone scorer for Peterborough (4-9-1).

At Belleville, Ont., a first-period offensive outburst pushed the Bulls past Sudbury.
Defenceman Alex Basso had a power-play goal and an assist for Belleville (5-11-0), while Luke Judson, Andy Bathgate, Mike Mascioli and Adam Payerl chipped in as well.
Josh McFadden had a short-handed marker to reply for the Wolves (4-9-1).

At Plymouth, Mich., Rickard Rakell had the power-play winner with 41 seconds left as the Whalers erased an early deficit for a dramatic win over Sault Ste. Marie.
Stefan Noesen tied the game at the 13:45 mark of the third for Plymouth (6-7-2). Mitchell Heard, RJ Mahalak and Robbie Czarnik chipped in as well.
Daniel Catenacci scored twice and added an assist for the Greyhounds (5-8-2), while Jake Carrick had a goal and two assists. Dominic DeSando also found the back of the net.

At Owen Sound, Ont., Alan Quine had the shootout winner as Kingston edged the Attack.
Charles Sarault and Ethan Werek had a goal and an assist in regulation time for the Frontenacs (8-5-1), while Conor Stokes and Cameron Odam added singles.
Joey Hishon forced overtime for Owen Sound (10-3-1), while Robby Mignardi, Cameron Brace and Jesse Blacker chipped in as well.

At Barrie, Ont., Justin Shugg scored a pair of goals as Mississauga upended the Colts.
Rob Flick, Casey Cizikas, and Joseph Cramarossa also picked up markers for the Majors (10-2-0), which has won seven of its last eight.
John Padulo and Mark Scheifele responded for Barrie (3-10-1). Colts forward Darren Archibald notched an assist to extend his point streak to seven games.
