Montreal Police are looking for possible victims of a minor-league hockey coach charged with half a dozen sexual offences against two youths.

Gilbert Dubé, 55, was arrested and appeared in court in Montreal on Oct. 21.

He is facing charges of sexual touching and sexual exploitation against two boys, but Const. Olivier Lapointe said police have reason to believe there could be more victims.

Dubé coached minor hockey in the Montreal area for several years, including Montreal North and St- Eustache.

"Sometimes kids feel that they have a part of responsibility over what happened, over the assault. We want to tell them they don't have to feel guilty about what happened," said Lapointe. "There's a man who behaved in a criminal way, and he's the one we arrested. If some people have been victims of that man, we want to know, to press more charges against him."

Anyone with information is asked to call the Montreal police Info-Crime line at (514) 393-1133.
