[SurroundSound] At last: Hires Surround from PC to receiver, the easy way!

Hi all,

As some of you might have noticed, I've been MIA for more than one
week due to major PC crash. It eventually turned out well because
while rebuilding the system I stumbled into ATI's 5xxx graphics cards.
They've been out for a while but it was news for me that they have
HDMI 1.3a output. And effectively bitstream hires surround without
need for Windows PAP. My first tests have been with Foobar and FLAC,
works like charm after tweeking just a little bit.
