RS is automatically upgrading my account because I have files stored
there. Despite attempts to delete the files and reset to lower account
options, I'm still being charged large amounts of "rapids" ....
My earlier statement still holds: I planned to keep my account for
another month, but I may not make it through the weekend.
Before this new business plan, we had just paid for an additional 3
months of service and 500 GB of download traffic. Add to that about
19,500 useless rapidpoints.
Screwed and burned.
