I'n not impressed by their moves to make you pay more either, in an attempt to reduce the charges you delete files to get it down to a tollerable level, only to find they have returned them so they can continuing charging at the previous rate.
They really know how to look after their customers, don't they!
Another RS update....
RS is automatically upgrading my account because I have files stored
there. Despite attempts to delete the files and reset to lower account
options, I'm still being charged large amounts of "rapids" ....
My earlier statement still holds: I planned to keep my account for
another month, but I may not make it through the weekend.
Before this new business plan, we had just paid for an additional 3
months of service and 500 GB of download traffic. Add to that about
19,500 useless rapidpoints.
Screwed and burned.
