{allcanada} Watch July 16 practices at Toronto for free

Ontario Honda Dealers Free Friday for the Honda Indy Toronto (July 16) is just that – spectators are welcome to watch IZOD IndyCar Series and Firestone Indy Lights practice sessions without charge and roam the grounds.

Tickets to the July 17 (practice and qualifications) and July 18 (race day) activities also will be on sale. FAQs:

Do I need a ticket for Free Friday?

No. While we will have security in place at the entrances to enforce the prohibited items list you will not require a ticket to get into the Honda Indy Toronto on July 16.

Can I get into the IZOD IndyCar Series paddock?

Yes. The advantages of Free Friday are that spectators have complete freedom to enjoy everything the Honda Indy has to offer. This includes access to the IZOD IndyCar Series paddock.

Is there a charity that is benefiting from the Free Friday event?

Yes. There will be locations where spectators can donate to the Make A Wish Foundation upon entering the Honda Indy Toronto grounds. Although not necessary, event promoters are requesting donations.
