Wayne Gretzky has been using a stick to make incredible passes his entire life so Monday was nothing new.
Except this time The Great One traded a hockey stick for a lacrosse stick.
The NHL legend showed off some of his hidden lacrosse skills, including a behind-the-head pass, while he was in Las Vegas for the unveiling of the new National Lacrosse League franchise there.
Gretzky was playing catch with Brooklyn Nets owner Joe Tsai when some onlookers dared The Great One to show off his skills.'
One behind-the-back pass sailed wide of Tsai, but the second was, to no surprise, right on target.
Las Vegas was awarded the 15th franchise in NLL history on Monday, and Gretzky and Tsai joined Brooklyn Nets coach and two-time NBA MVP Steve Nash, a fellow Canadian, and PGA golfer Dustin Johnson, Gretzky's future son-in-law, as investors in the team.
