Eugenie Bouchard only had one question for her Instagram fans Saturday night: "Who wants to play?"
The 26-year-old Canadian tennis star appealed to video game fanatics on Halloween as she channeled Mileena from the Mortal Kombat series in a two-piece, belly-baring magenta suit.
"Who wants to play?" she captioned the image which was seen by Bouchard's 2.1 million followers and liked by numerous personalities, including Toronto Blue Jays shortstop Bo Bichette.
Predictably, most of her fans were game, with one follower remarking, "Let's play. I'll even let you win," while Hungarian tennis player Fanny Stollar added, "I mean who doesn't wanna play?"
But it wasn't all complimentary. Jennifer Brady, who beat Bouchard at the 2018 Birmingham Classic, commented, "No thanks."
In recent weeks, Bouchard — a well-known football fan — has been rumoured to be dating Steelers backup quarterback Mason Rudolph. After the two were first linked earlier this month, the Montreal native posted a photo to Instagram from Nissan Stadium in Tennessee last week after Pittsburgh's win against the Titans.
Bouchard, who currently sits 140th in worldwide WTA rankings, made headlines in 2017 after she agreed to go on a date with a random Twitter follower if Tom Brady's New England Patriots mounted a comeback against the Atlanta Falcons during Super Bowl 51.
"Honestly, we were a disaster for each other's dating lives, it was so bad," Bouchard reflected in an interview with tennis.com earlier this year. "That infamous moment in my life when I tweeted when I shouldn't have just turned into this whole thing … We've hung out a bunch of times. I think he has a girlfriend now though, maybe that's why he doesn't text me back."
