{allcanada} Pam Anderson making cryptic references to quickie marriage on Twitter

Pam Anderson seems to be itching to respond to ex Jon Peters' claims that he paid off $200,000 of her debt during their 12-day marriage.

"I'm not an easy wife," she posted on Twitter. She also wrote, "As long as we recognize insanity we are sane. It is better to be betrayed than not to trust, better to be disappointed than not to love."

Last week, Page Six reported that Anderson and Peters had ended their blink-and-you'll-miss-it marriage because Peters had begun meddling in her career and finances as soon as they'd tied the knot. A source said at the time that he'd even "cast her in a movie he was working on — [something] she didn't want."

But then Peters told us a very different story. "I dropped everything for Pam. She had almost $200,000 in bills and no way to pay it, so I paid it and this is the thanks I get," he said. "There's no fool like an old fool.''

Reps for Anderson called Peters' claims "entirely fabricated" and "ludicrous." Of her tweets, a rep told us, "Pamela's social media speaks for itself in volumes; it always has."
