I have a vinyl record which I think is quad, which I would love to make available if it is. Would I need quad hardware to be able to do this?

The record is a 1976 BBC Transcription department one (Tomita In Concert), whose matrix number is CN 02552/SQ, although elsewhere in the sleev it says "CBS-Sony SQ/Stereo/Mono". I wonder if anyone has any tips as to how I could digitise this and find out if it is quad or not? I previously made a stereo 'rip' of this, but as I have no quad hardware, I could of course not know if the quad signal was captured.

One track illustrates specifically the live sound quad panning, which I saw Tomita do at a concert many years later than this, in which he quad panned the track, and virtually the same track appears on the vinyl from 1976, so he clearly used this demo for quite a few years, in live performance.
