[SurroundSound] Totally trashed DC

So I had to reinstall Windows, and now after 3 wrong passwords the DC software has kicked me out and says I'm history. lol.

Don't know why, I used same pass as before in both places... It IS the same password on Favorite Hub properties-right?

Help me help me help me.
