{allcanada} Senators GM Pierre Dorion: ‘We’re looking at everything’

Ottawa Senators general manager Pierre Dorion will not be making any coaching changes, but is "looking at everything" in order to get his team to improve.

The Senators have lost 12 of their last 13 games and find themselves in second-last place in the Atlantic Division.

"When you go through streaks like this, you have to look at everything," Dorion told reporters on Wednesday.

Any concerns that head coach Guy Boucher was in any danger of losing his job was nipped in the bud when Dorion specified what needs to improve.

"Our forwards have to score more, our defencemen have to defend better, and our goaltenders have to stop the puck," said Dorion. "We're not making any coaching changes."

Guy Boucher was hired as the Senators' head coach in May of 2016, and lead Ottawa to Game 7 of the Eastern Conference Final in his first season behind the bench.

It was reported on Saturday that Dorion has requested the no-trade lists of his players with no-trade and no-movement clauses in their contracts.
