Never liked s/pdif.....
I had some issues too.On Wed, Jul 19, 2017 at 3:37 PM, Bill Brent <bill@sky-packets.com> wrote:
Hi--
still having some difficulty getting my PC to pass dts to my receiver (which will decode it) -
Using foobar2000 with the wasapi component setting the output for s/pdif is the closest I get -
the receives understands it - but the the playback sounds like a skipping record. -
the same file either burned to a cd or played on another pc (with VLC) - and there are
no issues.
Is this common - is there a fix - or am i just a dolt. and I know the answer might be be
some combination of the three.
thanks
