MAPLE LEAFS (10-10-5) at BRUINS (15-11-2)
7 p.m. ET; NHLN, CBC, NESN, NHL.TV
Maple Leafs team scope
The Toronto Maple Leafs have lost three in a row (0-2-1) and have won twice in 13 road games (2-6-5), but coach Mike Babcock hopes they can get back to playing winning hockey. "Start on time, execute well in your own zone, don't turn pucks over and you normally go home happy," Babcock said. "When you do foolish things with the puck, you dig it out of the net." Frederik Andersen will make his third straight start in net. He is 5-0-0 with a 1.39 goals-against average and .956 save percentage in his career against the Boston Bruins.
Bruins team scope
Forward Danton Heinen was recalled from Providence of the American Hockey League and practiced on the Bruins' second line with center David Krejci and right wing David Backes on Saturday. "He's been down there for a while and I guess the feedback I've been getting is that he's playing well," coach Claude Julien said. Heinen had no points in seven games with Boston before scoring seven goals and six assists in 13 games for Providence. "I think I just got my confidence back," Heinen said. "I was put in a good position down there. I played quite a bit," The Bruins are 0-1-1 in their past two games but are 4-1-2 in their past seven. Tuukka Rask, who is 3-0-2 in his past five starts, will start. Rask is 15-3-2 with a 1.87 goals-against average and a .935 save percentage in his career against Toronto.
