Barring any setbacks, Hamilton Tiger-Cats starting quarterback Zach Collaros will start for the team against the BC Lions on Saturday, head coach Kent Austin has announced.
Collaros tore the ACL in his right knee in a game against the Edmonton Eskimos in September and missed the final seven games of last year's regular season as well as the playoffs.
The 27-year-old was strong in the 12 games he did appear in, throwing 25 touchdowns and eight interceptions while amassing 3,376 yards passing.
The Steubenvill, Ohio native is in his third season with the TiCats after spending his first two years with the Toronto Argonauts.
