Although this is covered elsewhere, we had a major hub failure at the hosting site, resulting in the hub being lost. The hosting company have rebuilt a new platform for us but because of the difficulties experienced by using a static IP they have now created a dynamic account for us.
THIS MEANS THE OLD HUB NO LONGER WORKS.
