The producers of iZombie are here to make sure your Veronica Mars nostalgia never subsides.
Enrico Colantoni is the latest VM alum to join the CW dramedy (executive produced by VM's Rob Thomas and Diane Ruggiero), where he will recur as Lou Benedetto, a vice detective whose cases overlap with Liv's personal and professional life.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, which first broke the news, Colantoni will appear in Episodes 14 and 17.
Switched at Birth star Ryan Lane will also visit the series, playing an actor on Liv's favorite show, Zombie High, in the Jan. 12 midseason premiere.
