Natalie Dormer is a workout warrior.
The Hunger Games: Mocking Jay, Part 2 and Game of Thrones actress "loves to exercise," she said in the December issue of Women's Health.
"I'm always open to new experiences, and if a friend takes a class that they really love, I'm always game to try something new," she said. "I went through a mad spinning phase — I think most people go through a spinning phase." And she's also been adventurous: "I tried aerial yoga for the first time at the beginning of the yea — that was kind of groovy."

But Dormer does have her old favorites. "I like to run a lot," she said. "I find running quite therapeutic — I find its good for my mind, for my body. I feel that way about yoga as well. I've been practicing yoga now since I was in my early 20s. As long as I got my yoga mat and my trainers [sneakers] with me, I'm pretty sorted wherever I shoot or travel in the world."
But fitness is only one part of the equation when it comes to taking care of her body. "I'm massively a fan of juicing," Dormer said. "I had some friends that started me juicing a little while ago and I love it. It's so good for you. You really notice the difference — I've noticed the difference in my skin and my hair since I've committed to juicing better."

So, does she ever indulge in a guilty pleasure? "I'm quite easy. As long as there is hummus and coconut water in the refrigerator, I'm a happy girl," she said. "Even my vices are going to be good for me. I like my red wine — that is good for you, for your heart and so-forth. I love my dark chocolate — so that's antioxidants. I'm a coffee girl as well. I like my caffeine. It stimulates you, gets you ready for your run."
