Edmonton Eskimos
The team signed international defensive back Kacy Rodgers and Jeremy Williams to the practice roster on Monday. Rodgers, 23, played for the University of Miami and attended Eskimos' training camp this season. Williams, 23, played his college ball at Henderson State University and played one game for the Calgary Stampeders last season.
