Luke Ridnour is on the move again, this time to the Toronto Raptors.

Ridnour was traded for the fourth time in the past two weeks; the Oklahoma City Thunder sending him and cash to the Raptors in exchange for the draft rights of Tomislav Zubcic.

Other team's Ridnour has been a part of this past month include the Orlando Magic, Memphis Grizzlies, and Charlotte Hornets.

Ridnour's $2.75 million team option for next year becomes fully guaranteed on July 10, according to Yahoo Sports. The Thunder moved the veteran guard to create a trade exception and stay away from the luxury tax.

The 34-year-old averaged four points and two assists in 14 minutes per game for the Magic last season.
