Toronto FC striker Jozy Altidore will be out of the team's line-up for four-to-five weeks with a hamstring strain, the team announced on Tuesday.
The US international incurred the injury during the first half of TFC's 1-1 draw with the New England Revolution on Saturday night.
Altidore, 25, came over to the Reds in the offseason in a swap deal with Sunderland that saw forward Jermain Defoe head to the BPL side.
In nine appearances this season in all competitions for TFC, Altidore has six goals and an assist.
