Montreal Canadiens forward P.A. Parenteau has already missed time this month with a concussion, and he might have another one.
The Canadiens announced on Monday that Parenteau did not participate in practice due to concussion-like symptoms. Parenteau did not play in Montreal's game against the New York Islanders on Saturday with what the team had initially called "an illness."
He last played on Thursday night against Ottawa, a game that saw him take a big hit along the boards early in the third period when he was hit by Senators defenseman Marc Methot on this play.

Parenteau missed a few games earlier this month after taking a bit hit from New Jersey's Tom Sestito.
The Canadiens acquired Parenteau over the summer from the Colorado Avalanche in exchange for Danny Briere. In 40 games this season he has scored six goals to go with nine assists.
