Calgary Stampeders quarterback Bo Levi Mitchell received an alleged homophobic slur during Saturday's 41-34 win over the Edmonton Eskimos, The Calgary Sun reports.

According to the paper, Mitchell and multiple sources said the slur was shouted at him during his 20-yard touchdown run in the third quarter by Eskimos defender Patrick Watkins.

"FINE HIM," Mitchell tweeted after Saturday's game.

The Stampeders were off on Sunday and were unavailable for comment, while there has been no response yet from the Canadian Football League.
