{allcanada} OWENS KNEE INJURY NOT SERIOUS, BUT WILL MISS NEXT GAME

Chad Owens' knee injury does not seem to be a serious concern.

Toronto Argonaunts head coach Scott Milanovich addressed Owens injury on Tuesday, saying the team is pleased with the MRI, and the Argos coach says Owens knee injury is "fluid".

Owens returned to the line-up in the Argos' 41-27 loss to the Edmonton Eskimos in Week 9 after missing four games with a left foot injury.

However Milanovich doesn't expect Owens to play on Labour Day against the Hamilton Tiger-Cats.

Former Sasakatchewan Roughriders wide receiver Westen Dressler, who was recently cut by the Kansas City Chiefs is believed to be likely to land back in the CFL after spending spending the summer with the Chiefs.

However, Milanovich said the Argonauts have not discussed Dressler in detail. He added they will discuss Dressler's availability tonight.

The 29-year-old spent his entire six year career in the CFL with the Saskatchewan Roughriders.

The Argos coach also commented on the status of Andre Durie. The wide receiver is close to returning as is corner back Matt Black, but the status of both in unsure until Thursday's practice.

Durie has been out since Week 2 with a broken clavicle.
