Free agent season in the CFL will open a few days earlier this year.
The league and CFL Players' Association announced the 2014 free agency period will open on Tuesday, February 11 at Noon et/9am pt.
Free agency was originally scheduled to open on Saturday, February 15 and was moved to avoid it falling on a long weekend in several provinces.
