Ottawa Senators goalie Craig Anderson left the game Sunday against the Dallas Stars following a collision with Stars rookie Valeri Nichushkin at 1:44 of overtime. The Senators forced OT with 10 seconds remaining on a goal by Bobby Ryan that tied the game at 3-3.

Anderson gave a thumb's up and waved to fans in attendance at Canadian Tire Centre while leaving the ice. Robin Lehner took over in goal for the Senators.

Senators coach Paul MacLean said Anderson has a stiff neck and will be evaluated further. The goalie was seen walking into the team's dressing room, but is unlikely to play Tuesday against the Columbus Blue Jackets.

"Everything else seems to be fine," MacLean said.
