Agreed.  Foobar2000 (which I use) isn't buggy, and is extremely
user-configurable and versatile.  And the hardware needed -- which could
be anything from a netbook on up to the most tricked-out gamer's PC -- is
also more versatile than any DVD player (which of course run software too
