TORONTO -- Steve Tambellini says he's fielded some "soft calls" from teams interested in the No. 1 draft pick.
However, the Edmonton Oilers general manager says it will take a significant offer for him to deal away the selection before the draft in Pittsburgh later this month.
Tambellini and members of the team's scouting staff took in the fitness testing at the NHL combine on Friday.
Top-ranked prospect Nail Yakupov and highly touted defenceman Ryan Murray were among the players put through testing.
Tambellini says he doesn't expect to make a decision on who the team will pick first overall until the night before the June 22 draft.
It's the third straight year the Oilers have held the No. 1 pick.
