Colin James is taking his voodoo thing out on the road again this fall.
The veteran Canadian blues-rocker will skip around the country in October and November to bang the drum for his latest album Fifteen, promoters have announced.
The 47-year-old singer-guitarist kicks off his trek in Montreal and Ottawa in mid-October, then heads west for a string of shows, wrapping up in Edmonton on Nov. 15. See below for a full list of dates and locations. Tickets for most of the gigs go on sale Friday at Ticketmaster and will set you back between $35 and $75, depending on the city, venue and seating. James is also booked into Ontario's Casino Rama on June 16, with tickets for that show already on sale.
The aptly titled Fifteen, due for release June 12, is the Saskatchewan native's 15th album. It includes collaborations with Ron Sexsmith, Big Sugar's Gordie Johnson and Blackie and the Rodeo Kings' Tom Wilson, along with covers of songs by John Lennon, Allen Toussaint and Peter Green.
