With the tournament still in its early stages, Team Canada has lost another player due to injury at the World Hockey Championship.
Defenceman Marc-Edouard Vlasic suffered a leg injury in Saturday's loss to the United States and will not be able to return to action.
Blue liner Kyle Quincey was already expected to meet the team in Helsinki on Sunday and may be in the lineup against France on Monday.
Hockey Canada currently has no plans to add another player to take Vlasic's spot on the roster.
Before the tournament began, defenceman P.K. Subban was forced to return home with a knee injury.
