I have a couple SACDs like that...Aimee Mann mounts (unlike most sacd's) and displays the same thing you are seeing.  While I haven't tried playing them in a software player, I can confirm that if you are using this for backup purposes, using the resultant ISO and burning it to disc will produce an SACD that can be played in players like the Oppo.  I haven't tried a software player for these as they tend to sound better through the oppo.  I can just confirm that some SACDs look like that and they will burn correctly.  I don't know how well they would do in a software player since they seem to use a much different file system than almost every other SACD on the market.  You might want to check on Computer Audiophile and post to SACD ripping part 2 and ask the folks if you can extract the DSF or DFF files from these kinda discs.  I can just confirm that I've been able to mount only a couple and they show up with a TOC and such.  The others won't mount at all.  Not sure that helps but you're not crazy...

Extra Terrestrial SACD iso I have is in a different form, foobar spits it out and my image mounter VCD reads it as UDF, unlike other isos that don't read in Windows. There are TOC files and folders 2CH and MCH with more TOC files and .2ch and .mch files (in the corresponding folder). Not sure what to do with it at this point, would love to check it out but not sure what to do. Thanks in advance!
