dts.wav is lossy DTS audio wrapped in a WAV header/container. Since flac
can take WAV as input, you can 'compress' a dts.wav file. It won't reduce
the file size to any significant degree, but it WILL allow you to 'tag'
the file as you could any other flac file. That makes it VERY useful to
people who store and stream their DTS files from a hard drive, like I do.
