[SurroundSound] Downloaded AUDIO_TS & VIDEO_TS to DVD-A?

I have downloads from shellworks of 2 purported DVD-A/DTS/DD discs in
the form of AUDIO_TS and VIDEO_TS folders, which I'm unable to make
into playable DVD-As. Discs of these burned from images made with
mkisofs (with the -dvd-audio parameter) play as DTS/DD with menus on a
regular DVD player but won't load on my DVD-A player (Cambridge
DVD89). Any advice is appreciated. Thanks.
