Winnipeg tied it at 3-3 at 12:36 of the third period when Bryan Little(notes) scored on a quick shot from the left circle.

Alexander Semin(notes), a healthy scratch in Monday's game against Phoenix, returned to the lineup and gave Washington an early 1-0 lead.

Winnipeg tied it on Andrew Ladd's(notes) goal at 13:21 of the period, but Washington answered just 12 seconds later when Chimera re-directed Brooks Laich's(notes) pass into the net.
