Why is the flac/wav lossy? I do not understand it that's all.

The following conversions can be done on PC for both stereo and mch
audio:

SACD ISO -> DFF [-> WAV/FLAC]
SACD ISO -> DSF -> DSD Disc
[WAV/FLAC ->] DFF -> authored SACD ISO
[]: lossy conversion

Not sure if DFF -> DSF / DSF -> DFF lossless transfers are possible although
I'd say yes.
