Frankly, I'm flabbergasted as to why people would
1) not ask this question in the appropriate software forum and
2) ask the same questions again and again and again.
This is THE most common problem and gets ask a dozen times daily - is
it too much to ask to invest a bit of energy in researching what to do
instead of having someone repeat it like a broken record?
