MONTREAL -- Rebecca Marino of Vancouver and veteran Stephanie Dubois of Laval, Que., will lead a Canadian team that is missing injured Aleksandra Wozniak for a Federation Cup series in Slovenia.
Sharon Fichman of Toronto and rising junior player Eugenie Bouchard of Westmount, Que., will also be on the team. It is 17-year-old Bouchard's first Fed Cup team selection.
The BNP Parisbas World Group II playoff will be played on clay courts April 16-17 in Koper, Slovenia.
Canada lost in the first round to Serbia in February.
Canada must beat Slovenia to remain in World Group play. A loss would mean relegation to the American zone for next year.
