Sean Lucas has decided to return to the Green and White, signing a contract extension with the Saskatchewan Roughriders on Tuesday.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The veteran linebacker, who became a free agent last week, spent the past five seasons with the Roughriders, the team that signed him as a free agent in 2006.
The 27-year-old was named a CFL West Division All-Star in 2009.
