[SurroundSound] How to burn?

I have downloaded King C with both AUDIO_TS and VIDEO_TS files, both
files containing data. How do I burn this files? Do i need both files?
Do I burn as data disk? It is more than 7 Gb download so maibe I can
chose if I want to burn the A:TS or the V_TS?
All help appreciated.
